Westtown is a hamlet in Orange County in the U.S. state of New York. It is located along New York State Route 284 north of Unionville and Minisink, and north of the New Jersey state border. The town is intersected mainly by Orange County Rt. 1. Westtown is a community or populated place (Class Code U6) located in Orange County at latitude 41.337 and longitude -74.54. The town is made up of many farms and has a small populated street in the center of the town, along Rt. 284.
